Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The client canceled the order before processing has begun.

  • The service could not be fulfilled due to an internal error or inability to proceed from our side.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The application has already been submitted to authorities or entered into processing.

  • The client failed to provide necessary documentation or respond to communications.

  • The client changes their mind after the service has begun.

  • Delays caused by government agencies or third-party services beyond our control.

  • Failure due to false or fraudulent information provided by the client.

  • Services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide your full name, order ID, and reason for the request

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of your order, and before processing begins

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
